Feedback
Send a bug report, feature idea, or product feedback to the team without leaving the app.
Overview
The Feedback option in your user menu lets you reach the team from anywhere in the app — to report a bug, suggest a feature, or share how the product is working for you. Your message is emailed straight to the team, and you get a confirmation copy in your inbox.
You never have to fill in who you are: your name, email, and current organization are attached automatically from your session.
Sending Feedback
Open the user menu (your name and avatar in the sidebar) and choose Feedback.
Pick a type — Bug report, Feature request, Product feedback, or Something else. It starts on Bug report.
Write a description. You can format the text and paste or drag in screenshots — handy for showing a bug.
Click Send feedback. A confirmation appears, the window closes, and the team receives your message by email.
Pasted images are sent as email attachments rather than embedded in the message body. This is the most reliable way for them to arrive, so a screenshot shows up next to the email instead of exactly where you pasted it in the text.
What the Team Receives
Every submission emails the team a single message containing:
- Who sent it — your name, email, and active organization.
- The type and description you wrote, with any screenshots attached.
- Technical context — the page you were on and the browser you used, included automatically to help reproduce bugs. This is never shown in the form.
Replying to that email goes straight back to you.
Your Confirmation Copy
Right after you submit, you also receive an email confirming the team got your feedback, along with a plain-text summary of what you wrote. If sending ever fails, the window stays open with your text intact so you can try again.
Good to Know
- Anyone signed in can send feedback — it isn't limited to admins, and there's no extra verification step.
- A description is required. The send button stays disabled until you've written something.
- Images only. You can attach screenshots pasted into the description; other file types aren't supported here.
- No organization? If you aren't in an organization, your feedback is still sent — just without a company attached.
